Mayor's Message

Arnold DeBoonOn behalf of our Town Council, I am pleased to introduce you to the Town of Creston and our website. Thank you for checking us out online. Creston is alive with community spirit and volunteers!
Our dedicated community groups and service clubs have built a strong foundation of amenities in the Creston Valley. Spend time at our Millennium Park, located on 16th Avenue South to relax on a park bench or watch the koi swim. Conveniently located next door is our RV parking, with sanitary unload facility and potable water filling station. Centennial Park is located on Erickson Road just east of Highway #21. Here our local Rotary Clubs have built a water splash park, a youth outdoor play gym and an outdoor fitness workout area.

Our Visitor's Centre is located in the Armitage Building, adjacent to our two large grain elevators on Highway #3 at the Pine/Railway Blvd. intersection. There are public washrooms located at the Visitor's Centre as well as on our main street (Canyon Street which is also Highway #3) between 11th and 12th Avenue.

Creston is home to a spectacular recreation centre - our Creston & District Community Complex. In summer 2019 the Creston Community Park opened at the Community Complex which includes a skateboard area, outdoor basketball, beach volleyball, horseshoe pits, pickleball courts, children's playground areas, walking and picnic areas.
