Airport

The Creston Valley Regional Airport is owned by the Town of Creston, and is operated by the Creston Valley Regional Airport Society.

Community Complex (Rec. Centre)

The Creston and District Community Complex (Rec. Centre) is operated by the Regional District of Central Kootenay. Facilities include a fitness centre, Arena, Curling Arena & Lounge, Aquatic Centre and more.

Library

The Creston and District Public Library is a community gathering place for Creston Valley residents of all ages. Services and activities include: computer access, photocopying and faxing, story time for tots, volunteer tutors, a home visit service and the ever-popular Scrabble nights.

Museum & Archives

The Creston Museum celebrates the culture and history of the Creston Valley. Highlights include, the Stone House, the small cabin exhibit showing the life of early trappers, and the model railway depicting the CPR route through the Creston Valley.

Schools

There are three public elementary schools and one high school in the Creston Valley, operated by School District #8 (Kootenay Lake).
