There are three public elementary schools and one high school in the Creston Valley, operated by School District #8 (Kootenay Lake).

Adam Robertson Elementary School is the largest elementary school and is located within the Town of Creston. It is a K-7 school, with approximately 350 students.

Creston Valley Secondary School is the centrally-located high school for students throughout the Creston Valley.

The Creston Education Centre houses a variety of programs, including Homelinks, a resource for students who are home-schooled, and The Family Place programs for pre-schoolers.
