Due to bear activity in Schikurski Park, the trail is closed until further notice. There are barricades up at the entrance of Schikurski Park, one at 11th and Cavell (at trail entrance), one at the east end of Devon St. (at entrance to trail that leads to 16th Ave. N.), and one the trail head on 16th Ave. N. 

The Conservation Officer is aware and is investigating the situation.
