The Province of British Columbia has lifted some COVID-19 restrictions starting today, March 11 including:
- Face coverings order: Wearing of masks in public indoor settings is no longer mandated by PHO order. Wearing a mask is a personal choice, and individual businesses and event organizers can choose to continue requiring masks on their premises. When K-12 schools return from spring break, masks will no longer be required for students, staff and visitors.
- Faith gathering restrictions are lifted. There are no capacity limits on worship services.
The BC Vaccine Card requirement will remain in place until April 8, 2022. Learn more: gov.bc.ca/Covid19Restrictions.
