[ARCHIVED] Update - Dr. Fell Intake Process

Dr Fell

Summit Medical Clinic is happy to announce that Dr. Bryndel Fell has joined their office. The intake process for his patient list will begin on Thursday, July 14th, 2022 via an OFFSITE registration process.

Creston Valley residents without a Family Doctor are encouraged to register. It is our understanding that this registration process will be easier and more streamlined (no waiting in lines) to register as all registration will be done online via designated web page or via telephone to the designated registry number. More details will be forthcoming in the next 24-48 hours.

Please note that Summit Medical Clinic will not be accepting any registrations from the public directly. Please follow the instructions above, and any updates that follow.

To get the latest first-hand information on Dr. Fell's patient intake process as provided by Summit Medical Clinic, if you haven't already done so, please sign up for 'Newsflash' updates on the Town of Creston website creston.ca, and/or follow the Town of Creston on Facebook/Instagram, where, on July 14, there will be more information provided about the process to be completed for those without a Family Doctor to register.
