In general terms, Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1823 would amend the Town of Creston Zoning Bylaw No. 1123 by adding several additional uses to the “Highway Service Commercial - Hotel/Convention Centre (HSC-H) Zone”, including adding new definitions, updating current definitions and adding the requested Permitted Uses to the Highway Service Commercial - Hotel/Convention Centre (HSC-H) Zone.

Any persons who believe that their interest in property will be affected by the proposed Bylaw will have an opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained within the Bylaw at the Public Hearing on June 7, 2016 at 4:00 pm, Council Chambers.
