This project will see the total street surface and underground sanitary and storm sewer rehabilitation for the block of Cedar Street between 20th and 22nd Avenue South. The existing sidewalk on the south side of Cedar Street will remain, as will the existing water infrastructure located under the sidewalk. The curb on the north side of the street will be replaced and will include a set of traffic calming bump outs to be installed at the 20th Avenue intersection. The timeline for paving will be decided in April. Dust control measures will be applied if required.
This project has an expected duration of approximately two to three months. Please note that during this period, driveway access will be occasionally obstructed.
