During the COVID-19 crisis, it is very important to minimize visits to and through the Emergency Department. Given these extenuating circumstances, a special telephone line is being made available to Creston Valley residents WITHOUT a Family Doctor who have needs for non-urgent chronic followup OR prescription refill to leave a voice message. This special call in line is: 1 - 855 - 411 - 1630.  Callers will be asked to leave their name and number via voicemail.

Calls will be returned from 10 to 3, Monday through Friday (except Statutory Holidays). If you have a Family Doctor, please contact their office for assistance. Please understand it may be the following business day before your call is returned.
