Residential Property Owners: The Home Owners Grant must by claimed by July 2, 2020 in order to avoid a penalty. Please note that banks and mortgage companies CANNOT claim this grant on your behalf.
When completing the form, please ensure that the five highlighted areas (as shown) are completed. If you are under 65 this calendar year, you do not need to supply your birth date.
The secure yellow drop box is available at street level on 10th Ave. N. to submit cheques for property tax payments, Home Owners Grants and other communication. Town Hall is open from Monday through Friday, 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 4 pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions!
