Creston, BC – July 21, 2020: Yesterday, July 20, 2020, Dr. Bonnie Henry presented updated modeling on the epidemiology of COVID-19, outlining how the virus has affected people in BC. The modelling presented suggests that increasing numbers of new cases during the summer remain a possibility. It further suggests that every new case of COVID-19 in BC, infects at least one more person.  Dr. Bonnie Henry reminded all British Columbians of her mantra, “fewer faces and bigger spaces” urging residents to keep the COVID-19 curve flat.

Online Digital Marketing Training: Alacrity Canada is now accepting applications for a new virtual Digital Marketing Bootcamp to support people and businesses as they move online during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bootcamp will provide participants with a foundation in digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, analytics, and content marketing. There are up to 500 spaces available in the Digital Marketing Bootcamp which is open to businesses and employed and unemployed British Columbians, with priority given to employers and individuals impacted by COVID-19. Registration is open until July 31, 2020, with the course starting on Aug. 4, 2020.
