As part of our ongoing attempts to better serve the community, the Town of Creston has launched the "Citizen Request Tracker" module in an effort to allow citizens to report concerns and communicate requests online.
This module provides website visitors an improved method to easily report concerns, such as potholes, damaged road signs, sidewalk trip hazards, etc., and to track the progress of the request(s) to their resolution.
Citizens can login to their profile to report a concern or a service request, view pending issues, re-open a closed issue, update their contact information, and much more.
If you are interested in making a service request, please select the “Report a Concern” icon on the homepage to register and begin using our Citizen Request Tracker. If you have any questions, please call Town Hall at (250) 428-2214.
Thank you for your interest and we look forward to serving you!
