Corporate Strategic Plan
Overview
Creston’s Corporate Strategic Plan is the document that Council uses to provide its direction to senior staff, to guide them in their planning, decision making and budgeting for the Town. The Plan was reached through a collaborative process, and provides clear direction from Council to fulfill its commitment to building a safe, prosperous and friendly town.

Vision |
In addition to defining the Vision and Purpose of Council, the Strategic Plan identifies the core values that underlie all goals and actions of the Town.

Values |
The major issues facing the community were addressed in the strategic planning process, and six Strategic Directions were identified. These directions outline Council’s priorities for the immediate future, with specific goals and actions for each Direction.
