Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The Citizen Satisfaction Survey is conducted every four years to determine resident satisfaction with municipal programs and services, as well as providing an opportunity for citizens to identify their service priorities.  The last Citizen Satisfaction Survey was completed in 2022.  There were 503 full responses that were weighted by gender and age to reflect the demographics of Creston.

Highlights

  • 89% of respondents describe the quality of life in Creston as either “Good” or “Very Good.”
  • 83% of respondents indicate “Good” or “Very Good”  regarding Creston as a place to retire. 
  • 88% of respondents indicate “Good” or “Very Good” with respect to the Friendliness of Customer Service at Town Hall. 
  • Affordable Housing was identified as an issue of concern in the Town of Creston in addition to finding Health Care Providers.
