Delegations & Presentations

Council welcomes delegations of residents, concerned citizens or community groups. Presentations are a maximum of 15 minutes, but can be longer by request. Delegations must provide a summary of what they are presenting and any associated materials by noon the Wednesday before the delegation intends to present to Council. This ensure materials are received by Council for their review.

If you have an concern which Town staff might be able to help with, we encourage to contact staff prior  to making a presentation to Council.
