Communication Strategy

The Town of Creston knows that local government plays a big role in our daily lives — from water and waste services to parks, planning, and emergency response. In today’s digital world, clear and accessible communication is more important than ever.

To meet this need, we’ve taken big steps forward: hiring a Communications Coordinator, launching Let’s Talk Creston, redesigning our website, and starting a bi-monthly newsletter, to name a few. These efforts help keep residents informed, reduce misinformation, and build trust.
