You are able to pay Bylaw Office Notices a few ways. Please note that payment must be received within the noted time limits to receive the discounted amount.
Pay by Mail
By cheque, made payable to the Town of Creston.
Pay in Person
Pay by debit card, credit card, cash or cheque at Town Hall between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Drop Box
After hour cheque payments can be made at the Town Hall yellow drop box off 10th Avenue.
Payment Terms
- If a Bylaw Offence notice is paid within 14 days, a discount will apply.
- If a Bylaw Offence Notice isn't paid or disputed after 14 days and no adjudication hearing has been requested and/or scheduled, the penalty will immediately become due and payable.
