The Town of Creston invites residents, developers, and stakeholders to attend a Public Information Meeting regarding proposed changes to the Development Cost Charges (DCC) Bylaw.

Location: Creston Town Hall, Council Chambers, 238-10th Avenue N, Creston, BC
Purpose of the Meeting:
The Town is proposing updates to its DCC Bylaw to ensure that infrastructure costs related to growth are fairly distributed. The meeting will provide an overview of:
- The rationale for the proposed DCC rates
- Infrastructure projects to be funded
- How DCCs are calculated
- Opportunities for public input
