Creston Service Excellence Initiative

As Creston continues to grow, it’s important that residents have a foundational understanding of what services the Town provides, what they can expect for the taxes they pay, and how we check that those services are working well. This work builds on the Town’s commitment to being open, planning ahead, and making sure services are meeting the needs of the community. 

The Town of Creston is introducing Levels of Service (LOS) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all municipal services. This initiative strengthens transparency, improves decision making, and ensures residents clearly understand what services the Town provides and what they can expect from them.
