The Stormwater Management Master Plan provides the Town of Creston with an updated assessment of its stormwater system under existing and future climate conditions. Using hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, climate-adjusted rainfall data, and field observations, the Plan identifies system performance issues, evaluates risk, and recommends targeted upgrades, operations improvements, and funding strategies to support long-term municipal planning.
